Day 1: Tashkent
Dear traveler, our company is glad to see you on Uzbek melody Tour 4. When you arrive at the airport, the driver will meet you and transfer to the city. Today you will have an opportunity to visit the Independence square which was built as a symbol of victory over fascism in World War II. We will walk along the local Broadway and take a ride in famous Tashkent metro where the first line was opened in 1977. In the afternoon, our travelers will visit the old part of the city as Chorsu Bazaar, Kukaldash Madrasah and Hast Imam complex that involves of several madrasahs, mosques and mausoleum. The Othman Quran is another highligtht consdered to be the world's oldest Quran copy found in the 8th century. Quran of the part of Othman Ibn Affan, the Third Caliph (of the four blameless Caliphs who got ahead the prophet Muhammad). Othman was killed in 8th century and his blood spred over the Quran. Night is in a hotel.
Day 2: Tashkent - Samarkand (350 km, 4 hrs drive)
In the morning we will travel to Samarkand. It is a great city located in the valley of the river Zerafshan and defined to be the second largest city of Uzbekistan as Babylon or Rome. Visit sights such as Registan square, Shakhi Zindeh, Mausoleum Guri Emir and Bibi Khanum Mosque. Registan Square is one of the most visited places in Uzbekistan tours. It is famous for its three fascinating Madrasahs of the 15-17th centuries. Shakhi Zindeh characterizes a rich collection of mausoleums of the 11th-15 centuries (UNESCO World Heritage Site). Bibi Khanum Mosque is dedicated to the favorite Tamerlane's wife, after his successful trip in India. Overnight is in a hotel.
Day 3: Samarkand - Urgut - Samarkand
Today you will drive to a small village outside of Samarkand - Urgut. This village is well-known for its raucous and flamboyant national bazaar. In the afternoon we will return to Samarkand and drive to see the memorial complex of Al Bukhary. Al Bukhary was an Islamic researcher, who authored the hadith collection as Sahih al Bukhari, viewed by Sunni Muslims as one of the most authentic Hadith collections. He was author of such books as Al Adab al Mufrad. Night is in a hotel.
Day 4: Samarkand - Tashkent (350 km)
In the morning is transfer to Tashkent. On arrival, visit Courage Monument. It is a memorial complex, placed in honor of the abolition of the significances of the Tashkent earthquake. The next destination of our tour is visiting the Zangi Ota memorial complex. According to legend, Zangi Oota was a shepherd and renowned for his wisdom and good manners. Afterwards we will visit the State Museum of Applied Arts of Uzbekistan, comprising of fine examples of glasses and national clothing, hand and machine embroidery, skullcaps and national fabrics, carpets and woodcarving. Transfer to a hotel.
Day 5: Tashkent - Flight
Transfer to airport and flight home. Uzbek melody Tour 4 is completed. Thank you for memorable time on tours.
